Kapur ranked #5 Top Workplace by Milwaukee Journal Sentinel
We are honored that Kapur has been recognized as a 2022 Top Workplace by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The 2022 Top Workplaces list showcases outstanding businesses in Southeastern Wisconsin. This is the 13th consecutive year Kapur has made the list in the category of medium company size (150 to 499 employees). Out of 61 firms, we ranked fifth, rising five positions since 2021.
With additional honors, Kapur has been recognized with a special award in “Appreciation”; for a majority of employees giving standout scores for “feeling genuinely appreciated” at Kapur.
Michele Bruskiewicz, Kapur Human Resources Manager said, “Since the first time Kapur employees participated and “placed” in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel Top Workplaces in 2009, our management team has understood the value of asking our staff for their feedback on specific and general facets of their employment with our organization. The Journal Sentinel’s Top Workplace list is compiled based on anonymous employee responses to a 24-question survey. Companies are measured on qualities such as company leadership, employee engagement, career opportunities, workplace culture and flexibility, compensation, benefits, and the impact company policies have on innovation and morale.
“The thing that separates Kapur from other companies is our culture,” said Jeff Sobczak, Associate and Corporate Initiatives Manager of Kapur. “At the core of this culture is the development of honest and meaningful relationships. We work hard to become part of the communities we serve, and we believe the relationships we build are as important as the projects we design. That type of bond inherently creates an additional level of accountability, because we are not just delivering to a client, we are working for a friend.”
