Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Troubleshooting basic hardware issues with PCs, printers, and peripherals.
- Resolving common software problems such as operating systems or applications.
- Assisting with network connectivity issues.
- Logging and tracking support requests in a ticketing system.
- Troubleshooting software installation.
- Providing basic user training and documentation.
- Maintaining IT Department Intranet Pages.
- Building and maintaining IT Knowledge Base.
Education/Requirements:
- High School Diploma required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of providing first-level support to end users.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite tool such as OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Office 365User Administration, Intune, Entra, and Defender.
- Active Directory Administration.
- Knowledge of networking technologies and principles.
- ITIL or CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus.
