Quality management is a critical role required for delivering federally funded design and construction projects.
As Kapur gets involved in projects, be it design-build, or design-bid-build, we provide services throughout the life of the project and beyond.
Working with design-build teams, we can act as Engineer of Record and lead project design. This role includes developing schedules and estimates, building design teams, and providing post-design engineering, including engineering during construction, construction oversight, quality management, asset management and GIS, and as-builting.
Maintaining continuity throughout the entire design process is a major aspect of this role. We ensure consultants and subcontractors are aware of and abide by project requirements. Our quality management services investigate, research, define, and isolate design problems. We not only uncover these issues, but we also participate in their resolution through coordinated processes and ensure reviews to document comments and concerns are addressed by other Designers of Record.
