American Airlines has the largest fleet in the world. Needless to say, when it needed to relocate its ground equipment maintenance (GEM) facility to accommodate expansion at Chicago O’Hare International Airport, it needed someone who could deliver the work on this massive undertaking.

No stranger to large undertakings, Kapur provided control, staking, and layout services for the airline’s newly constructed 112,000-square-foot GEM building, which includes:
