When a late-season wetland delineation was needed for approximately 862 acres of mostly farmland on part of the former Foxconn development, Kapur answered the call and quickly established a connection with the WDNR’s Wetland Delineation Coordinator to begin and maintain open communication between the WDNR and ACOE regarding the time-sensitive project.
Kapur submitted for WDNR artificial wetland exemption determination, ACOE jurisdictional determination, nonfederal wetland exemption determination, EITM zone exemption determination, and in-lieu fee mitigation, coordination of wetlands spanning multiple watersheds.
Kapur also submitted for the Endangered Resource Review and coordinated the cultural resource review with UW-Milwaukee’s archaeologists.
