A decades-long problem finally solved by Kapur.

The property at 8311 Greenvale Road had been a problematic area for the Village of Fox Point for decades, with an existing drainage way through the site frequently experiencing excessive flooding and causing damage to adjacent residences.

After acquiring the property, the Village picked Kapur to design a stormwater conveyance system and bio-retention facility to provide additional storage and improve water quality.

Native plantings and trees were installed to add visual appeal and provide habitat for local and endangered species. To improve pollinator habitat, a native pollinator seed mix was used for the final project restoration.
