With help from Kapur, what once was blighted brownfields and abandoned buildings on the south side of Milwaukee is now a 15-acre campus for children in grades K-4 through 12 to receive a private Christian education.
Bounded by an interstate to the east and the Kinnickinnic River to the south, the picturesque campus now serves the dense residential neighborhoods to the north and west following Kapur’s assistance with the two-phase project:
Kapur provided environmental investigation and civil engineering services for each phase, and prior to construction, the heavily contaminated site required full hazardous materials assessment and remediation.
Site design included survey, platting, demolition plan, site plan, parking, access, traffic flow, SWMP, drainage, utilities, grading plan, erosion control, and landscape architecture.
The exterior athletic complex included a soccer field surrounded by an eight-lane running track, and a high jump, triple jump, pole vault, and shotput area.
