This rural state highway involved 8 miles of asphalt resurfacing and the construction of a new concrete roundabout at the west intersection of USH 45 and STH 20.
The project included 149,000 square yards of asphalt milling and more than 36,000 tons of new asphalt pavement. The new concrete roundabout at US 45 (Raynor Avenue) also included storm sewer, pipe culverts, curb and gutter, and street lighting.
