This project was the reconstruction of Swan Boulevard with a roundabout and access road to future Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Forest Exploration Facility.
The project included construction of a connection between the Hank Aaron State Trail with STH 100 as well as roadway maintenance of Swan Boulevard near I-41. Major items included grading, storm sewer, base aggregate, lighting, hot mix asphalt (HMA) pavement, and two retaining wall structures.
